What we do
Our research team provides colleagues and clients with a full range of information, research and consultancy services covering all aspects of the property market. The team collates local, regional and national data and market intelligence.
In addition to detailed knowledge of the Danish property market, the team has access to an extensive European network, creating a unique platform for retrieval of information and studies of all significant property markets. Effective use of this knowledge is one of the mainstays of our work performed for both Danish and foreign clients. The team shares knowledge from a broad network of CB Richard Ellis offices to provide insight into international real estate trends.
The team
Our research team is located in Copenhagen.
In addition to our research team in Copenhagen we have a staff o more than 90 in 27 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Worldwide, CB Richard Ellis employs more than 350 market research specialists covering over 60 countries.
