When Ericsson moved into 180 new work stations covering more than 4.700 sqm of offices in Høje Tåstrup, CBRE's Building consultancy team served as project management on the fitting-out of the offices. The new offices have been established in order to serve the mobile telephone network, which Ericsson is operation on behalf of TDC.

Dan-Aktiv

CBRE served as project managers for Dan-Aktiv in the process of space-planning and lay-out of Dan-Aktiv’s Danish head office. The office covers 1.200 sqm and is equipped with 50 work stations.

JM Danmark

On behalf of JM Danmark, CBRE has carried out 1st and 5th year’s evaluation of housing units in the great Copenhagen area. The job included reviewing the overall buildings as well as the individual housing units, communication and negotation with residents as well as contractors. 

CISCO LINKSYS KISS

CBRE’s corporate services team was appointed as project manager on a project, where it was very important that the visions of the Design Center were transferred unto the final result and that the budget was not overrun.

Cisco is entering the consumer market and wants to use Linksys to drive the development of new products. In order to reach the vision of becoming market leader, Cisco/Linksys focuses on design. The strategy is to build two Design Centres, from which the design vision should be presented.
The European centre is based in Denmark because of the Danish design traditions of simplicity and effective design. The centre is built as a creative studio in a inspirational and creative environment.
