The sale included assessment of the market rent of the property’s office and retail tenancies and specification of the total financing during the construction period until completion, and that is on behalf of buyer as well as seller.

CBRE concluded a sale and lease back contract for Virklund Sport. Virklund Sport A/S will remain in the property as tenant. The floor area of the property totals 8,887 sq m and its site area is 30.897 sq m. In addition, on the long term, there will be possibilities of a residential project. The property was sold to a private investor and a leasing contract with Virklund Sport was concluded. In this leasing contract there is a non-terminable clause of 10 years.
