CBRE has assisted IMS in seeking out offices and also served as project managers in organizing offices covering more than 1.ooo sqm.

The challenge in the project was to reach a good agreement in relation to the expiration of IMS' former lease as well as oversee the arrangement of the new office spaces on a tight time schedule.

Ericsson

CBRE has carried out tenancy seeking and project management for Erricson's head quaters in Denmark from which the mobile network is operated. The office covers 4.700 sqm of offices with 180 work stations as well as an area reserved for logistics.

The challenge has been to identify suitable tenancies, which were close to Ericsson's other office, as well as overseeing the refurbishment and fitting-out of the offices - all within a time frame of three months.
