Outcome


  • CBRE advised Merck to relocate in the area Lyngby /Søborg/Gladsaxe in the middle of both offices to accommodate the requirement of an improvement in space/location for both Hellerup and Brøndby
  • The building is a grade A+ building north of Copenhagen, achieving both an upgrade in quality of the building and the requested optimised floorplan
