Objective
- Merck wanted to relocate to a new building in addition to the acquisitions of Sigma-Aldrich in 2015

- Merck wanted a location which accommodated the 2 previous office locations and the employees
Challenge
- Merck was looking for a quality building between the two locations in Hellerup and Brøndby but not in Copenhagen
- Merck wanted a location which accommodated the 2 previous office locations and the employees

Outcome
- CBRE advised Merck to relocate in the area Lyngby /Søborg/Gladsaxe in the middle of both offices to accommodate the requirement of an improvement in space/location for both Hellerup and Brøndby
- The building is a grade A+ building north of Copenhagen, achieving both an upgrade in quality of the building and the requested optimised floorplan
